Common Issues¶
The app is crashing or won't open
- Force-quit the app and reopen it
- Check for an app update in the App Store
- Restart your device
- Uninstall and reinstall the app (your progress will restore if you're signed in)
If the problem continues, email us with your device model and iOS version.
My progress isn't syncing across devices
Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID or email on all devices. Check your internet connection, then open the app and pull down to refresh. If syncing still fails, go to Settings → Account → Force Sync.
I need to cancel my subscription
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Go to iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Spanish Coach → Cancel Subscription. You can also visit subscriptions.apple.com.
I want to request a refund
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, find your Spanish Coach purchase, and submit a refund request.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Or email us at support@spanishcoach.app and we'll handle it within 30 days.
